🔁 General Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

🧰 Handmade & Small-Batch Goods

Many of our goods are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or small-batch. That means slight variations are expected and part of their charm—not defects.

If a handmade item arrives damaged or clearly defective, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement. For minor imperfections, we ask for understanding—these items are built by hands, not machines.

🥫 Perishables & Provisions

Due to their nature, perishable goods (coffee, food, spices, etc.) are non-returnable. If something shows up spoiled or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

👕 Apparel & Wearables

Unworn clothing may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Washed or worn items are not eligible unless there’s a defect. Sizing issues? We’ve got you—just reach out.

🎁 Gifts & Curiosities

Gift items and curiosities must be returned in original packaging, unused. Items marked final sale or limited run are not eligible for return.

📩 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@comstocktrading.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions or a prepaid shipping label (when applicable).
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishables after 7 days
  • Used or washed wearables
  • Custom, final sale, or limited edition items
  • Digital goods or gift cards
